  Well, it's official......almost
I have completed the course, course work, and exams to become registered in the state of Georgia as a Real Estate appraiser. Just have to have my criminal background checked, and all the necessary paperwork filed with the state. Then it'll be official. Good thing I burned off my fingerprints oh so many years ago.
